Whether you're new to co-working or just curious about how we do things, you're in the right place. We've pulled together the questions we get asked most often so you can spend less time wondering and more time doing your best work.

What is included with the membership? 

 

All memberships include 24/7 access to our coworking spaces with varied seating options and super fast wifi, complimentary tea and coffee, member events, phone booth access, meeting room credits and printing facilities. 

 

How much do memberships cost? 

 

We have different types of memberships. To learn more about our options and prices, view our venue pages here

 

What events do you do? 

Our events are unique to each venue. We host recurring events - weekly, monthly, or quarterly - that we call 'Mini-Clubs'. Some examples include run club, lunch club, cookie club, and write club. For more information on the mini-clubs currently running at your nearest venue, email Maya at maya@good.space

 

What are your opening hours? 

 

Members have 24/7 access to our spaces. For tours/walk-ins/day passes, our opening hours are from 9am-5pm. 

 

Can I pause my membership? 

 

Yes, you can pause your membership. We understand that circumstances change and schedules can vary. 

 

Is there a joining fee? 

 

No, we currently don’t have a joining fee. 

 

Is there a minimum sign up commitment? 

 

Our club memberships (hot desks) and resident memberships (dedicated desks) are rolling monthly contracts and therefore the minimum sign up commitment is one month. 

 

Our private offices are typically 12 month contracts. If you have specific requests or need more details, speak to our club managers (contact details below). 

 

Can I bring guests?

 

Yes, we’re happy for you to bring clients, friends or colleagues. We just ask that they only come in with you and that they respect the space and other members. 

 

Can I bring my dog?

 

Yes, our spaces are dog friendly. 

 

What kitchen facilities are available?

 

Our kitchens have fridges, freezers, kettles/boiling water taps, microwaves, coffee machines, sinks and bins. 

 

We have cutlery, glasses, bowls, plates and utensils available at all our venues. Our supplies do vary in each venue and we also may be able to acquire other supplies you might need. Feel free to reach out to our Club Managers for any specific requirements or requests.
